Layzell & Co has strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of Charlotte Nixon to Accounting Team Manager and the appointment of Vanessa Walmsley as Director of Operations.
Charlotte Nixon steps into the role of Accounting Team Manager in recognition of her technical expertise, commercial mindset and commitment to building trusted client relationships.
In her new role, Charlotte will take greater responsibility for the day-to-day management of the accounting team, supporting colleagues and helping ensure clients continue to receive clear, practical and responsive advice.
Vanessa Walmsley has been appointed Director of Operations following the significant contribution she has made to Layzell & Co since joining the firm in 2023.
As Director of Operations, Vanessa will oversee the day-to-day running of the business and play a key role in shaping the firm’s longer-term strategy. Her appointment will also support the continued development of internal processes, team structure and client service as Layzell & Co continues to grow.
