Lancaster Guernsey has appointed Matt Gilligan as Head of Client Services, alongside Emma Gaudion as Client Relationship Manager and Royston Barnes and Lucy Wickins as Client Accountants.
Matt joins with almost 20 years of fiduciary experience, having worked with ultra-high-net-worth families and their advisers across multiple jurisdictions. As Head of Client Services he oversees the delivery of client services across the business, with a focus on strengthening client and intermediary relationships.
Emma joins as Client Relationship Manager with more than 13 years of experience in trust and corporate services, specialising in the administration of private wealth structures for high-net-worth individuals and families. She is Diploma qualified with The Chartered Governance Institute and works closely with clients and their advisers across a range of trust and corporate arrangements.
Royston and Lucy join as Client Accountants, supporting the delivery of accounting services across Lancaster Guernsey’s private client and corporate structures. Royston brings more than 25 years of experience working with clients in the private wealth sector. Lucy has worked across multiple jurisdictions on complex structures and is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.
