Two local Julius Baer Guernsey employees have recently been promoted to its Associate Relationship Manager Programme, former Assistant Relationship Managers George Smitheram and Sean Renouf.
The programme is a three-year career development course, where the 45 Associate Relationship Managers from around the globe will benefit from a personally tailored learning curriculum focused on providing the best-in-class client service.
Alexandra McInnes, Managing Director and Head of Julius Baer Guernsey, said: “We are incredibly proud to welcome George and Sean on to the Associate RM Programme and look forward to watching them grow and succeed.”
On his promotion, Sean said: “I am excited and grateful to join the programme, it’s both a validating recognition of my hard work and a motivating encouragement to continue pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I look forward to contributing further to the success of our clients and our business.”
George shared his enthusiasm: “It’s a real privilege to be joining this programme, this exciting new chapter will allow me to thoughtfully build my network and demonstrates Julius Baer’s long-term commitment to the island.”
