JTC Insider is designed to simplify the entire process for Market Abuse Regulations (MAR) reporting to a single point-and-click interface, automating the complex requirements with sophisticated tools, secure storage, and allowing instant digital signatures.
MAR is a Europe-wide directive designed to combat insider trading but places significant strain on resources for fund managers.
