Mourant Governance Services, part of international professional services group Mourant, has received an Impact 100 Award, alongside three individual recognitions for members of its team.

Mourant Governance Services (MourantGS) was named in the ‘Governance Impact – Large Team Award’ category, with Joelle Lim (Future of Governance), Priscila Santos (Governance Ambassador) and Ed Thorogood (Governance Tech Innovation) all being individually highlighted, demonstrating the individual excellence and the collective strength of the services.

The Impact 100 Awards are dedicated to recognising the people and teams shaping the future of the governance profession.

Joelle Lim received the Future of Governance Award in recognition of her contribution to the governance profession. Since joining MourantGS in London just over a year ago, she has supported multi-jurisdictional transactions and worked with clients on complex and time-sensitive matters. She was promoted to Senior Administrator this year and has also supported colleagues and junior team members.

Priscila Santos (main picture) received the Governance Ambassador Award for her work in promoting governance and supporting effective decision-making and processes. Based in Mourant’s London office, she works with clients and colleagues on governance matters across the business.

Ed Thorogood received the Governance Tech Innovation Award for his work using technology to support and improve governance processes. His work with the wider team has focused on adopting digital solutions and improving the way governance services are delivered.

MourantGS UK received the Governance Impact, Large Team Award. Since 2019, the team has grown from one person supporting two clients to 23 professionals working across a range of clients and structures.

Ed Fletcher, Global Managing Director, Mourant Governance Services, commented: “These achievements reflect more than individual and team success. They demonstrate the culture that exists across MourantGS: a commitment to excellence, collaboration, innovation and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.”

Priscila Santos, UK Managing Director, Mourant Governance Services, commented: “To receive recognition across four categories in an awards programme celebrating the future of governance is an exceptional accomplishment and a powerful endorsement of the talent, expertise and dedication within our business.”
