The Jersey Bowling Club (JBC) Singles Open, took place at the beginning of July sponsored by Normans and Brett Martin.
The 24 players started playing on Saturday in the round-robin category, with many games being tightly contested with a number having to be decided on tie breaks.

Congratulations to the first winner of the JBC Open Singles plaque, M. De Sousa (shown in the main picture).
The plaque and first prize cheque for £500 was presented by Tim Darwin, Operations Director of Normans Limited in partnership with Brett Martin.
The future of the club is still unknown with the uncertain plans for building the road to the new hospital site.
