Islands Insurance Group has received workplace recognition in both Jersey and Guernsey through the Great Place to Work Best Workplaces™ awards programme.
In Jersey, the business was named Best Workplace – Large Organisation, while in Guernsey it received the Best Workplace – Career Development award.
The judging process considers a range of factors including employee feedback, workplace practices, leadership, and organisational culture and are run locally as part of the global Great Place to Work programme.
Together, the results point to a consistent approach to employee experience across the two islands, with a focus on training, progression and workplace environment.
