IoD Jersey, in collaboration with Lean-In Jersey, will be hosting an event on the Secrets of Self Belief: Confidence and Wellbeing in the workplace on 19 March.
Sponsored by EY, the event will feature a talk from Tracy Forsyth, a high-impact coach and media consultant, who created the popular corporate wellness workshop “Yoga in the Boardroom”.
Tracy will enlighten the audience with her take on the secrets of self-belief and how to build confidence at work. She will cover topics such as breath work, powerful postures and movements to get rid of work-bound tension, as well as how to listen to yourself better and address negative inner talk.
Tracy has worked as a creative leader in the global content industry for over 25 years. An experienced commissioner for UK and international channels, and divisional director for the BBC, she is renowned for building empowered, vibrant, diverse creative and commercial teams.
