Investec Bank (Channel Islands) Limited is further growing its Real Estate lending capability in Guernsey and Jersey with two key appointments at each of its Guernsey and Jersey offices.
The appointments follow another strong year for Investec in which demand for property lending has continued to grow both within the Channel Islands and for UK real estate.
The four joiners are Rob Voce and Stacey Baxter in Jersey and Olivia Ellis and James Lihou in Guernsey. Rob, Stacey, Olivia and James’ appointments bring the Offshore Real Estate Financing team to 20 specialist lenders across Guernsey and Jersey.

Olivia Ellis (shown in the main picture), Guernsey
Olivia Ellis has joined the Corporate and Family Office team as a Relationship Manager, assisting clients with financing real estate investments often through corporate structures managed by family offices and local corporates in Guernsey. Olivia has 11 years’ experience in lending and banking in Guernsey and London and has a particular experience in financing residential investment property based in London and the South East.
James Lihou, Guernsey
James Lihou has joined the Corporate and Family Office team as a Relationship Manager, assisting clients with financing real estate investments often through corporate structures managed by family offices structured in Guernsey. James joins Investec from a Big Four accounting firm, where he was Manager in the audit space. James will be working closely with the team in providing development and investment finance for commercial and residential property based in the UK.
Rob Voce, Jersey
Rob Voce has been appointed Senior Relationship Manager within the Trust and Corporate Service Provider team, with responsibility for origination and management of real estate finance to the trust and corporate sector. He has experience in financing UK commercial real estate assets using corporate or trust structures administered in Jersey. Rob has over 15 years’ experience in corporate banking and real estate finance, in both London and Jersey.
Stacey Baxter, Jersey
Stacey Baxter joins the Corporate and Family Office team as a Relationship Manager, assisting clients with funding real estate developments and investments often through corporate structures managed by family offices and local corporates in Jersey. She has over 13 years’ experience in client relationship and property development management in Jersey and Gibraltar and supporting complex Private Equity Real Estate Fund clients.
