The Insurance Corporation of the Channel Islands has announce the appointment of Sarah Beatty as its new Managing Director, effective immediately subject to regulatory approval.
Sarah (pictured) succeeds Mark Marshall, who has led the company with distinction and will continue to support the business during the transition.
Sarah brings nearly 21 years of experience with the Insurance Corporation of the Channel Islands (ICCI), and brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent the last decade with ICCI in a range of senior positions, most recently as Commercial Director. Sarah is well known across the Channel Islands insurance community and is passionate about developing people, supporting local initiatives, and driving forward the company’s customer-first strategy.
Paul Masterton, Chairman of ICCI, expressed his enthusiasm for the appointment: “We are absolutely delighted to appoint Sarah as our new Managing Director. Her deep understanding of our business, her commitment to our customers and community, and her proven leadership make her the ideal person to lead ICCI into its next chapter as part of Intact Insurance.”
Outgoing Managing Director Mark Marshall added: “It’s been a privilege to work alongside Sarah over the past 6 years, and I’m thrilled to see her step into this role. This appointment is also a testament to the strength of our succession planning and the depth of talent within ICCI. Sarah’s vision and energy will be instrumental as we continue to evolve and grow.”
