Imperium Trust Company (UK) Limited has completed the acquisition of Page Tax Consulting Limited, a personal tax compliance services business based in Reigate, England.
The acquisition bolsters Imperium’s existing UK service offering of professional Trusteeship, Company service provision and full accounting and UK tax compliance capabilities. The acquisition brings the Page Tax team of 8 under Imperium UK’s employee group bringing the total number in the UK team to 17.
Page Tax is a Private Client tax service business focusing on personal tax compliance services, initially founded by Tim Page in 2005 to provide a platform for consultation work undertaken by Tim.
In 2010 the business was reformed as Page Tax Consulting and has been building a diverse service offering over the last decade. During this time the business has developed an exemplary client base and Page Tax aligns with Imperium on the priority of being a service lead business who put client’s needs first. Tim will be remaining as a consultant to the business and will assist Imperium UK with the continued development of our UK business and presence.
Page Tax also brings with it Jon Stewart as Head of Tax. Jon’s areas of knowledge include domicile and residence issues, dealing with the completion of complex tax returns, together with ensuring individuals UK tax affairs are managed in an efficient manner. The remaining team members of Page tax bring with them extensive experience in Private Client services over a number of decades.
