HSBC in Channel Islands and Isle of Man recognised by Top Employers Institute

HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man has been recognised as a leading employer for the third consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute.

The Institute which celebrates the clear focus organisations have on practices that create a high-performing workplace and drive business performance, employee engagement and growth.

Active in 131 countries/regions, the Top Employers Institute is the global authority in HR certification, benchmarking and advisory.

The certification was awarded following a thorough and robust assessment, covering key areas including People Strategy, Work Environment, Sustainability, Employee Listening, Wellbeing and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Overall, the Bank in the islands scored 95% in its assessment, outperforming the banking and finance industry benchmark of 88%.

Commenting on the certification, Elvina Aghajanyan (pictured), Head of People, HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man, said: “We are delighted to be awarded this certification once again.
