Forward Group has announced the appointment of three experienced professionals, Marie Morris, Sarah Flageul, and Nicola McFarland, strengthening its expertise across compliance, client services, and accounting.
Marie Morris has joined as Head of Compliance, bringing over 25 years of experience across the financial services sector, including fiduciary services, banking and investments. A Fellow of the International Compliance Association, Marie also holds specialist diplomas in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Managing Sanctions Risk. In her role, she will oversee regulatory and anti-financial crime compliance across the organisation.
Sarah Flageul joins the client services team with 19 years of experience in Jersey’s finance industry. With a strong background in both private client and corporate services, Sarah is known for her proactive approach and high standards of service, helping to support Forward Group’s commitment to quality and long-term client relationships.
Nicola McFarland joins the accounting team, responsible for the financial reporting of a diverse portfolio of client structures. With a career in Jersey’s finance industry dating back to 1997, primarily in the private client sector, Nicola became a qualified Accounting Technician in 2004 and a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (A.A.T.) in 2005.
