A new international consultancy focused on business experience has launched under the name Elevated eXperience™.
Founded by experience specialists Claire Boscq CSP and Andy Jarvis, the consultancy aims to help organisations better align Digital eXperience (DX), Employee eXperience (EX) and Customer eXperience (CX) at a time of growing AI adoption and business transformation.
Launching globally on 29 May 2026, Elevated eXperience™ introduces a framework designed to help organisations reduce friction between technology, employees and customers, with a focus on simplifying interactions and improving engagement across businesses.
The launch comes as organisations continue to navigate AI disruption, transformation fatigue, employee disengagement and changing customer expectations.
