Channel Eye to spotlight technology and innovation across the islands

Channel Eye is turning its attention to technology and innovation in June.

The themed editorial week, taking place during the week of 22 June, will explore how organisations across the islands are responding to rapid technological change, with discussion expected around artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, infrastructure, digital resilience, automation and the evolving workplace.

The focus follows strong engagement with Channel Eye’s Financial Services week earlier this year, which brought together perspectives from banks, fiduciary businesses, technology firms and industry specialists on topics ranging from AI and data governance to digital transformation and cross-border reporting.

Building on that momentum, the upcoming Technology and Innovation focus week aims to examine how digital change is increasingly influencing every sector, from finance and law to retail, hospitality and the public sector.

The week will provide businesses and organisations with an opportunity to contribute insight, case studies and thought leadership around the role technology is playing in their industries, as well as the challenges that come with adopting new systems and ways of working.

Areas expected to feature during the week include the future of cloud infrastructure, balancing security with accessibility, digital skills and workforce development, the role of AI in smaller jurisdictions, and how island businesses can compete and innovate internationally despite geographical limitations.

The series also reflects the growing overlap between sectors, with technology now underpinning much of the innovation taking place across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man business communities.

A limited number of opportunities remain available for organisations wishing to take part in the Technology and Innovation focus week by contributing informed perspectives and practical insight.

Contributors will form part of a curated programme of content aimed at Channel Eye’s audience of business leaders, professionals and decision-makers across the islands.

Further themed editorial weeks planned for later in the year include Legal and Professional Services in September and People, Leadership and Work in December. Please get in touch if you’d be interesting in finding out more.
