Audit, tax and advisory firm, BDO, has announced eight promotions this month. Elizabeth Kaiulo, Welcome Madimutsa, Chloe Gallie, Natalie Dodd, Kudzai Bandama, Shelley Tostevin, Tinotenda Munengwa and Trymore Masasi have all progressed to more senior positions.

Managing director, Richard Searle, said: “As we continue to put people at the centre of our strategy, it is gratifying to see those that we work with progress. Offering opportunities to learn and develop will always be a key part of our people strategy and I’m proud to see people seizing those opportunities and building careers to fit their own ideas of success.”

Ms Kaiulo and Mr Madimutsa have been promoted to assistant manager within the funds and asset management audit stream. Having joined the firm in 2018 and 2016 respectively they have utilised their experience to build strong professional relationships and oversee the completion of client engagements working closely with their colleagues.

Ms Gallie, who joined the firm a year ago, has been promoted to assistant marketing manager in recognition of her role in developing the firm’s digital marketing strategy.

Ms Dodd, Ms Bandama and Ms Tostevin, from the private wealth audit team, and Mr Munengwa and Mr Masasi, from the funds and asset management audit team, are now senior supervisors, a new title created to recognise the increased responsibilities and experience they possess. They have all demonstrated an ability to coordinate multiple workstreams whilst confidently communicating with clients.
