Coutts Crown Dependencies has announced the launch of a new dedicated Client Acquisition Team.
The team is led by Tina Carter, Client Acquisition Lead, who brings more than 40 years of banking experience across NatWest Group. Tina has a deep understanding of the intermediary market and a strong track record in building trusted, enduring partnerships. She will focus on ensuring that each new relationship is introduced with a clear articulation of the bank’s investment offering and strategic outlook.
This oversight is complemented by a strong focus on operational excellence, managed by Susie Alderson, Client Acquisition Manager. With a background in customer journey design and project management, Susie brings structure and consistency to the onboarding process, ensuring clients and intermediaries experience a smooth and efficient transition.
Lucas Burton, Client Acquisition Manager, completes the team, bringing extensive client-facing experience and a responsive, relationship-led approach. Working closely with intermediaries and prospective clients, Lucas plays a key role in facilitating early-stage discussions around banking and investment needs, ensuring clarity, transparency and momentum as relationships are established.
Dennis Howard, Head of Coutts Crown Dependencies, said: “At Coutts Crown Dependencies, strong intermediary relationships are central to how we support our clients. Every client relationship starts with understanding individual ambitions and what matters most. Our new Client Acquisition Team brings together specialist expertise, discretion and personal service to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience from the very first conversation.
“This investment reflects our continued focus on growth through collaboration – deepening our relationships with intermediaries while ensuring we are well positioned to deliver tailored investment solutions for new and existing clients. By combining our investment expertise with the strength of our intermediary network, we are well placed to support clients in achieving their financial goals.”
