Experienced corporate lawyer James Fox has joined Ogier in Jersey as a partner.
James has over 20 years’ experience of corporate legal work in the UK and Jersey and has acted for clients in a large number of M&A and IPO transactions as well as having experience in real estate investment structuring, fund formation and finance work.
He has an extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory regime in Jersey and is known for taking a commercial approach to delivering legal advice and solving legal issues for clients.

Prior to joining Ogier James was a partner in another large offshore law firm. He has extensive experience of acting on complex high value corporate matters and real estate investment structures. He has also acted in relation to banking and finance matters as well as on fund formations.
