Private client advisory publication eprivateclient held a special reception in Jersey on Wednesday 12th July to celebrate the individuals included in the 2023 eprivateclient Channel Islands NextGen Leaders list.
The initiative, which is kindly sponsored by wealth management firm, Brooks Macdonald, recognises the rising stars across the private client industry in the Channel Islands.
Judging is based on the publisher PAM Insight’s experience and knowledge of which individuals in Guernsey and Jersey are rising stars, and why. Factors taken into account included the reputation or performance of the company that the nominee works for, feedback from senior executives, trajectory of promotion/business development success and relative years of experience, and active involvement in promoting a positive organisational culture.
