The shortlist for the 5th Jersey TechAwards is out and showcases some of the most innovative and inspiring digital talent in the Island.
The awards, sponsored by C5 Alliance, and organised by Digital Jersey, features newly expanded categories, and will climax in a grand awards ceremony at the Jersey Showground on Friday 28th April.
The Jersey TechAwards included a new Innovation Award category aimed at celebrating a technological solution which has solved a problem or acts as a market disrupter. The shortlisted candidates highlight the range of organisations and industries in Jersey. They include the business-to-business focused online publication Channel Eye, a marine environment project, a revolutionary charity fundraising solution, and the use of blockchain technology to enable authorised signatory management.
Digital Jersey Head of Marketing and Communications, Kelly Barker, said: “We have been blown away by the breadth and quality of this year’s award entries. They signify not just the diverse range of talent we have in our island, but also the inspiring leadership that drives these digital solutions”.

The Awards event will take place at the Jersey Showground on Friday 28th April and will commence with a drinks’ reception, sponsored by Lloyds International. The ceremony will feature TV host and award-winning critically acclaimed comedian Zoe Lyons who is hosting the awards evening, as well as musical entertainment.
