Carey Olsen tops offshore legal rankings in The Legal 500 UK 2024 guide

It maintains its position as the only offshore law firm with a clean sweep of Tier 1 rankings.

71 of the firm’s lawyers achieved individual recognition in this year’s guide. 16 Carey Olsen partners are featured in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame, which identifies lawyers who have been recognised for exceptional performance and have received praise from their clients for continued excellence. In addition, 29 of the firm’s lawyers are recognised as ‘Leading Individuals’, nine as ‘Next Generation Partners’ and 17 as ‘Rising Stars’. Overall, five lawyers improved their ranking and five achieved a new ranking.

The Legal 500 cites a significant amount of impressive feedback from clients, noting that the Carey Olsen team are “100% focused on the client, anticipating their needs and just making their lives easier overall”, and that the firm “provides exceptional service, they are technically extremely strong, very responsive and always understand the wider commercial context”.
