Carey Olsen advised on 52 Jersey-domiciled fund launches between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024.
The newly released 30th annual Monterey Insight Jersey Fund Report has confirmed this total is over four times as many as the next Jersey law firm and 71% of all Jersey funds formed.
The Report shows that Carey Olsen now advises 679 Jersey-domiciled funds and sub-funds, which is 252 more than the nearest Jersey law firm. This represents over 40% of the market by number of funds and over 36% of the market by client’s aggregate assets under management.
