Senior Trust Manager/ Client Director

We are currently partnering with our client, a respected organisation within the Financial Services sector in St Peter Port, Guernsey, to appoint a Senior Trust Manager/Client Director. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role in shaping and leading our client’s team, managing complex trust relationships and contributing to the long-term success of their business.

Key Skills

• Financial Services – A deep understanding of the Financial Services sector, including regulatory expectations, client relationship management and operational control, enabling you to oversee trust structures with confidence and integrity.

What you’ll do

• Provide senior-level oversight of trust structures, ensuring effective administration and governance.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term, strategic relationships.
• Collaborate closely with our client’s team to deliver high-quality, compliant financial services.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities within existing and new client relationships.
• Support the refinement of processes and controls to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

What you’ll need

• Significant experience within the Financial Services sector.
• Proven background managing trust structures or similar client portfolios.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build credibility and trust.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of the Guernsey marketplace.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of our client’s team in a senior capacity.
