We are working with our client, a respected organisation within the Financial Services sector in St Peter Port, Guernsey, to appoint a Legal Counsel on a permanent basis.

Key Skills
- Financial Services expertise – Ability to understand regulatory environments, market dynamics and commercial drivers within the Financial Services sector, enabling you to provide relevant, practical legal guidance to our client’s team.
What you’ll do
- Support our client’s team with legal advice across Financial Services-related matters.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documentation to protect our client’s interests.
- Contribute to the identification and management of legal risks in business activities.
- Help ensure legal considerations are embedded into day-to-day decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide clear, concise legal input.
