The role:
As Business Analyst, you will help clients understand business challenges, define requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working. You will translate business needs into clear, actionable recommendations and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead or support business analysis activity across client engagements.
- Analyse business strategies, processes and operating models to identify needs, challenges and opportunities.
- Gather, structure and document business requirements.
- Develop clear specifications and support technology or process change initiatives.
- Document, optimise and automate business processes where appropriate.
- Support testing, implementation and wider delivery activity across the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- At least 2 years’ relevant business analysis experience.
- Experience supporting technology implementations or business-critical change projects.
- Financial services experience, ideally including regulatory change, client onboarding, KYC, payments, risk or compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, delivery teams and clients.
- A business analysis qualification is desirable, but not essential.
