BCR Law LLP Partner and Head of Family Law Emma Wakeling has been named amongst the UK’s top talent and law firms in eprivateclient’s Top 35 under 35 for the third consecutive year.
The annual list recognises the rising stars in the private wealth sector including private client and family lawyers, accountants, trustees or residential property buying agents from across the UK and Crown dependencies.
eprivateclient compiles the list following a rigorous judging process undertaken by senior members of PAM Insight’s editorial team. Factors considered during the judging process include; an individual’s achievements over the past 12 months and number of nominations received.
As well as Family Law, Emma also works in the Private Client team at BCR Law in Jersey. She advises on all aspects of Family Law and private client work, including divorce and financial matters, as well as issues involving children, including Public Law proceedings.
