Organisers have confirmed that the dynamic Aerosparx display team will once again be performing at the 2019 Jersey Battle of Flowers, taking part in both the daytime and Moonlight Parades on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 August 2019.
As a result of a sponsorship agreement with Ports of Jersey, this will be the third appearance of the aerial display glider team in recent years at the Battle Parades, which have always been a crowd pleaser, guaranteeing a ‘Wow’ factor with their wingtip pyrotechnics.
This year will be the first time that the team will make an appearance as part of the Day parade finale, with a smoke trail display.
On behalf of Jersey Battle of Flowers, Event Director, Jackie Donald, says: “Without doubt Aerosparx has proved a real favourite among the crowds and we are delighted that the duo has agreed to take part in both parades. As always, we are grateful for the continuing support of Ports of Jersey who facilitate the team’s visit to the Island to take part in the parades.”
