Jersey Advocate Samantha Hoare has joined Bedell Cristin’s Jersey Litigation team as a Counsel.
Sam (pictured), who qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2012, has joined the team led by partners Robert Gardner, Edward Drummond, Robert Christie and Sonia Shah.
Sam advises primarily Jersey based clients on a broad range of disputes, including breach of trust claims, applications for court blessing and rectification, and complex commercial litigation.
She has been involved in a number of high profile and complex trust matters concerning high net worth individuals, and advises on regulatory issues, including matters relating to sanctions, TIEAs and AML/CFT compliance.
Robert Gardner, who leads the team, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sam on board – she has a lot of experience in the Jersey market, advising on the broad range of trusts disputes and commercial litigation that we specialise in.
Sam moved offshore shortly after completing the Bar Course in England in 2007 and practised with two other leading Jersey law firms before joining Bedell Cristin.
