The Normans Customer Service Awards, powered by Channel 103, took place on 17 September at The Radisson Blu hotel.
The public voted for those who’ve provided excellent customer service in fifteen different categories.
In addition the judges chose their Outstanding Individual, Outstanding Team and People’s Choice.
Martina McGibney, Managing Director of Normans, explained: “‘We were blown away by the quality of some of the nominations and were delighted to see so many happy faces in the room, both the winners and those shortlisted, whose dedication to providing a wonderful customer experience really deserves celebrating.”
Claire Boscq, Head Judge, said: “Going through the nominations was so heartwarming. We’re sadly used to hearing people complain about their bad experiences rather than celebrate the good ones, but these nominations show there are many wonderful people here in Jersey, providing exceptional customer service. It was fantastic to recognise their efforts at the awards ceremony.”
