Skipton International has appointed Candice Tabb as Chief People Officer, based in Jersey, and Tracey Wells as Chief of Staff, based in Guernsey.

With experience across banking, professional services and fiduciary, corporate and fund administration, Candice has held senior global roles at Barclays, CSC/Intertrust, Ocorian and Mourant working in both Jersey and London. She has partnered closely with boards and executive teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, helping to shape people strategy, lead complex change and build high-performing, engaged organisations.

Tracey (pictured) has been working with Skipton International in an interim capacity since December 2025 and brings extensive experience of leading large-scale transformations in regulated environments. During this time, she has made a strong impression through her thoughtful leadership, clear focus on delivery and deep understanding of the business.

Susan Fouquier, CEO of Skipton International, said: “I am delighted to welcome Candice and Tracey to Skipton International. They each bring considerable experience, strong judgement, and a clear sense of purpose to their roles. Candice’s track record in building high-performing organisations and leading people strategy across international businesses will be invaluable as we continue to invest in our culture and our colleagues. Tracey has already made a significant contribution during her time with us, and her leadership will be instrumental as we deliver transformation that supports our long-term ambitions and strengthens how we serve our customers.”

Candice Tabb, Chief People Officer at Skipton International, said: “This is an exciting time to join Skipton International. The business has a strong sense of purpose and a clear commitment to its people. I look forward to working with colleagues across the organisation to build on that foundation, support continued growth and help create an environment where people can thrive and do their best work.”

Tracey Wells, Chief of Staff at Skipton International, said: “Having worked with Skipton International in an interim capacity since December, I have seen first-hand the strength of the business, the quality of its people and the opportunities ahead. I am very pleased to be taking on this role and to continue working closely with colleagues to deliver meaningful change, enhance how we operate and help the business achieve its strategic goals.”
