Welcoming and congratulating those receiving promotions and starting in new roles with the Bank, Warwick Long, CEO, HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man, said: “At HSBC we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, nurturing and progressive environment for our staff and so I’m delighted to see people across the islands progressing and evolving in their careers, as well as welcoming a significant number of new joiners. We continue to focus on building a strong reputation for being an employer of choice and this momentum is testament to our commitment to these values.”
Elvina Aghajanyan, Head of People at HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man, added: “It’s encouraging to see our continued growth through new joiners and internal promotions, especially as we’ve been recognised as a Top Employer for the third year running.
