The Guernsey branch of the leading global wealth management firm is introducing two summer internship opportunities for students for the first time.

This programme is run in 6 locations around the world.

Starting on 1 July and lasting approximately 10 weeks, Bachelor‘s degree students from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master‘s students have the chance to undertake valuable work experience and gain insights into banking and financial markets alongside Julius Baer’s experts. Students will also benefit from a structured training programme delivered by the Julius Baer Academy.

Alexandra McInnes (pictured), Head of Julius Baer Guernsey branch, said: “Investing in young people in Guernsey is something we’re genuinely passionate about so being able to offer the summer internship, in addition to the bursary scheme, trainee and graduate programmes, is a great way to support emerging talent.

“We’re excited to meet our interns and help them to grow.”
