RA ROSSBOROUGH Guernsey Limited, part of the Gallagher Group, has made a series of senior leadership appointments, including the appointment of Natasha Lucock (pictured) as Managing Director of the Guernsey office.
With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, including 20 years in underwriting and six years in broking, Natasha is an integral part of Gallagher’s team across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
A Chartered Broker, Natasha is a vocal advocate for gender equality and an active mentor, helping colleagues grow and succeed in their careers. Earlier this year, Natasha was recognised as a future leader in the Future Leaders Top 70 Leaders List that highlights exceptional talent and insightful leadership.
Natasha said: “I am honoured to take on the role of Managing Director in Guernsey. I look forward to building on the strong foundations already in place and working with our talented team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Rossborough and Gallagher have a proud history in Guernsey, and I’m excited to lead the business into its next chapter.”
John Lowery, also a Chartered Broker, is replacing Natasha as Group Head of Sales. John has been in the business for over 25 years and during this time has been integral in the growth of Gallagher’s Corporate & Professional Risks business. John will lead the sales team and will look to develop new business across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Richard Clarke, who has previously held the Group Head of Healthcare position, returns to the role after serving as Managing Director in Guernsey. He will oversee the effective management of Gallagher’s healthcare clients across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, leading a team of health insurance professionals focused on delivering quality solutions for clients’ healthcare and wellbeing needs.
