Saffery Trust has enhanced its employee support strategy with the launch of ‘Vivabalance’, a dedicated wellbeing brand built around four key pillars: physical, mental/emotional, social and financial health.

Vivabalance reflects the award-winning firm’s ongoing commitment to supporting its people in every aspect of their lives, continuing to place people at the heart of its culture and strategy.

Having recently been named as an ‘Employer of the Year’ finalist and reaccredited as a Platinum Employer by the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Saffery Trust has a reputation as a leading employer in the private client sector.

Vivabalance is a formalisation of existing strategies, including the firm’s Workplace Partnership with Guernsey Mind, its internal team of Mental Health First Aiders/Champions, and regular mental and physical wellbeing ‘lunch’n’learns’, and builds on its longstanding focus on employee wellbeing.

Through a wide range of resources, events, and activities, Vivabalance will support team members to feel empowered to prioritise their wellbeing both in and out of the workplace.

Saffery Trust Director of People & Culture, Sharon Coburn (pictured) said: “Personal balance underpins both professional performance and long-term job satisfaction, so equipping our people to create their own healthy balances is a key focus for Saffery Trust. Vivabalance is not just a new initiative, it’s a testament to our dedication in creating a workplace where individuals feel seen, heard, supported, and valued as integral parts of a thriving and inclusive culture.”

In creating Vivabalance, Saffery Trust worked in close partnership with Guernsey-based Graphic Designer, Dominique Ogier-Keltie.

Sharon added: “It was important for us to ensure that Vivabalance complemented the existing Saffery Trust brand. We are committed to supporting and investing in the communities in which we operate, so partnering with a talented local designer to bring Vivabalance to life was a natural choice. We are proud to announce this launch and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our people.”
