Global FTSE 250-listed service provider JTC has made a significant number of promotions, including at senior level.
More than 160 employees have been recognised for their achievements and commitment to professional development across the Group’s multi-jurisdictional network.
Mark Fleming (Private Client Services), Nicola Holmes (Accounts – Private Client Services) and Sarah Swain (pictured) (Legal), all based in Jersey, have been promoted to Group Director level, in addition to a number of new Senior Directors, including Anton Seatter (London), Karen Bell (Jersey) and Susan King (Jersey) within Employer Solutions and Joel Chinn (Jersey), Mark Woodford (Jersey), William Blewett (US) within Private Client Services, and James Russell in the Jersey based Information Systems team.
Promotions are awarded as part of a twice-yearly cycle. This recent round of promotions incorporated more than 160 employees across 19 jurisdictions, including more than 60 in Jersey, 30 in Cape Town and 20 across both US and UK offices. In addition, there were 42 total promotions in JTC’s teams in Mauritius, Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Switzerland, Amsterdam, the Isle of Man and Ireland.
The promotions span JTC’s Institutional and Private Client Services divisions, Banking and Treasury, Employer Solutions, Sustainability Services and central operational functions including Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Business Development, Legal, and Risk and Compliance.
