The Evolution Group, a Guernsey based transformational services company, has strengthened its management team with two senior appointments.
Founded late in 2017, The Evolution Group has undergone a period of rapid growth and has announced a management restructure in response to the requirements of the evolving business.
Tim Wyatt has been appointed Associate Partner after 2.5 years as a Senior Consultant with The Evolution Group. Tim has over 20 years of experience working in global digitalisation programs and projects, alongside high-level industry qualifications.
Leyla Abreu has also been appointed Associate Partner. She’s a highly experienced integration and transformation professional who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, global application deployments and process review and optimization. Her experience covers work in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, the BVIs and Panama as well as various European projects. Leyla is qualified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Tim and Leyla join the existing management team of Partners Matt Warren, Jon Le Noury and Patrick Le Noury.
