If you want to learn more about how to review a critical business process to help save time, money and effort, Jersey Business is hosting a free online taster session all about their Business Improvement Programme.

As part of the taster session on 8th September, previous course delegates will share their insights into the impact of the Business Improvement Programme and why they recommend taking part now.

The Business Improvement Programme starts in late September. Designed to help businesses work smarter and achieve more, attendees will learn the latest skills to identify internal workstream efficiencies, map cost and time savings and improve effectiveness.

Alexia McClure (pictured), Chief Operating Office of Jersey Business explained to Channel Eye: “Streamlined business processes create more time, save money and help keep your team motivated and focused on what really matters. We’re timing the next Business Improvement Programme in September to tie in with the lifting of restrictions and to support businesses in the run up to the end of the calendar year.

“By investing time and focus now, attendees will be able to identify and drive improvements that can be implemented ahead of and as part of the planning process for 2022. As well as the latest methodologies, practical tools and techniques, delegates will learn how to overcome the behavioural barriers that often makes implementing internal changes tough.”

The Business Improvement Programme is funded and managed by Jersey Business and delivered by Accelerate. Consisting of four one day workshops between September and November and a bespoke 1:1 company session, the Business Improvement Programme costs £250 per attendee.

Alexia continues: “Whether you are a two-person retail or hospitality business or a large engineering or construction company you will have processes that need tightening up or completely redesigning. So, whatever size or sector you are in, if you are open to changing internal processes to make them more effective you will benefit from the Business Improvement Programme. Now’s the time to focus on working smarter and achieving more.”
