Deloitte in Jersey celebrates one of its longest-serving partners, Siobhan Durcan, who has been with the firm for 25 years.
Siobhan (pictured) is partner and COO for the Islands and Gibraltar team. She also heads up the Islands and Gibraltar Real Estate Sector Group and leads a number of international real estate, private equity, family office and asset management engagements within our Portfolio Audit team. Siobhan is a qualified chartered accountant and management accountant.
Originally from Ireland, Siobhan works in Deloitte Jersey’s audit team focusing on financial services. She has also played a key role in leading and shaping Deloitte’s strategy on student recruitment including the market-leading BrightStart scheme for school leavers, and on employee wellbeing.
Siobhan was promoted to a partner at Deloitte in 2019 and became COO of Deloitte Islands and Gibraltar (I&G) business in June 2021. She is a champion for Allyship and supports many of Deloitte’s people with their career growth and development.
One of her passions has been working with the Jersey Irish GAA Club for six years on the Inter-School Gaelic Football Tournament, which provides free access to a new sporting activity for primary school children – helping improve student wellbeing and build building brighter futures.
