The winning entrepreneurs will be able to take advantage of all the facilities available to members including a dedicated desk space. They’ll also receive financial mentoring from the team at NatWest International, who have a 21-year history of supporting local enterprise.

Entrants to the competition were asked to submit a two-page business plan. Short-listed entrants were then interviewed by a panel of judges before the winners were selected.

Joe Vasey, Head of Business & Premier Banking at NatWest International said: “Here at NatWest International, we’re proud to support local businesses and entrepreneurs and are excited to sponsor the Hub Competition at Digital Jersey following its success in 2017. Congratulations to Urbino and Juliano – we’re looking forward to working with you both over the next year to help your businesses grow and develop.”

Tony Moretta, CEO Digital Jersey commented: “I’d like to thank NatWest International for again supporting what was last year a very successful initiative which helped two new digital start-ups to thrive and expand, creating not only new businesses but new jobs for local people in our growing technology sector. I look forward to seeing this year’s winners achieve the same success.”
