Jersey-based technology and marketing consultancy Webreality has marked a new phase of growth in 2025 with five newly created roles and the launch of a refreshed brand.
The new roles strengthen Webreality’s capabilities in strategic advisory services, creative design, software engineering and digital marketing, ensuring the business is well-positioned to support clients navigating digital transformation, new technologies, automation and AI.


The appointments are:
- Pete Foster (main picture) – Client Strategy Director: now a board member, leading client strategy advisory services and innovation through Webreality Labs.
- Chris Mousdale – Head of Creative Services: returning to Webreality to oversee the growing creative team.
- Sam MacKelden – Senior Client Manager: bringing strong media and agency experience to support client relationships and delivery.
- Harrison Smith – Full Stack Software Engineer: strengthening development, security and infrastructure capabilities.
- Ollie Chambers – Digital Marketing Executive: supporting client campaigns with expertise in digital marketing design and production.
