Walkers have been shortlisted in the Digital Assets Practice of the Year category at the prestigious STEP Private Client Awards.
The STEP Private Client Awards are seen as the hallmark of quality within the private client industry. They recognise and celebrate excellence among private client solicitors, lawyers, accountants, barristers, bankers, trust managers and financial advisors.
Their Private Capital & Trusts team – who operate across the jurisdictions of Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey – is a finalist alongside other major international firms.
They have significant practical experience working with digital assets, advising not just on strategy and management of digital assets within private wealth structures, but also on the use of such structures for DAOs and other online communities and enterprises.
Partner and head of their Guernsey Private Capital & Trusts team, Rupert Morris said: “We have a long and deep track record of advising on ground-breaking work in the area of digital assets and are delighted that STEP has recognised the way we work and the growth in our global practice over recent years.”
