Walkers’ Guernsey and Jersey teams have advised The International Stock Exchange Group on their £70.4m acquisition by Miami International Holdings, alongside lead counsel Ashurst.
The acquisition was effected by way of a Guernsey Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.
Walkers’ Guernsey team, which advised on the Guernsey law elements of the transaction, was led by Investment Funds & Corporate partner Craig Cordle and senior counsel Charlotte Goncalves with support from Insolvency & Dispute Resolution partner Adam Cole and associate Kellie Sherwill.
Walkers Jersey team, which advised on the Jersey law elements of the transaction including competition law, was led by Regulatory & Risk senior counsel Sian Langley with support from Insolvency & Dispute Resolution partner Richard Holden.
