Walkers have advised Summit Group on the Jersey law elements of its acquisition of R&H Jersey, which is a provider of trust, corporate and fund administration services in Jersey.
The acquisition forms part of Summit Group’s ongoing expansion in the Channel Islands and increases its range of services to include R&H Jersey’s fund administration and Jersey tax capabilities. These will sit alongside Summit Group’s existing fiduciary and advisory services.
The team was led by corporate partner Kevin McQuillan (pictured), senior counsel Ruth Donnellan and associate Angharad Prescott.
The multi-disciplinary team also included Employment partner Daniel Read and associate Lauren James, Regulatory & Risk partners Sian Langley and Gemma Palmer, Insolvency & Dispute Resolution partner James Turnbull and associate Craig de Bruyn and Investment Funds & Corporate associate Gemma Nicol.
