Walker Regulatory and Risk Advisory team in Jersey have advised Seneschal Fund Administration on its successful application for a license to provide fund administration services in Jersey.
The Walkers team, which was led by partner Dilmun Leach working with senior counsel Gemma Palmer, advised on structuring options, applicable areas of financial services law and regulatory compliance, assisting with regulatory engagement and preparation of information supporting the requisite application.
Seneschal is a specialist private equity and real estate fund administrator with a presence in London, Luxembourg and Japan. The new license enables Seneschal to support private equity, real estate, venture capital and other alternative fund managers with a full range of administration services from Jersey.
