Walkers Jersey team has advised Cavendish Fiduciary (Jersey) on its acquisition of GlenQ Private Wealth Limited’s trust company business.
Cavendish is an independent Trust and Corporate Service Provider offering clients, companies and financial institutions an extensive range of services and solutions. The acquisition of the GlenQ business will give Cavendish a greater footprint, market share and presence in Jersey and further reinforces their commitment to providing a wide range of high-level services to clients of the island.
The Walkers team led by Corporate partner Kevin McQuillan (pictured), senior associate Luke Steele and associate Angharad Prescott, acted as lead counsel to Cavendish.
