Voisin Law has appointed Advocate Carol Doherty as Senior Associate in its Property Department.
Advocate Doherty (pictured) joins with more than two decades of legal experience in Jersey and an established reputation across the local property market.
A Jersey Advocate and Notary Public, she has experience across residential and commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, property finance, lending transactions, share transfer structures and flying freehold transactions.
Throughout her career, Advocate Doherty has held senior positions within leading Jersey law firms, advising private individuals, businesses, developers, lenders and major banks.
In her new role, she will advise clients across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters. Her appointment will also strengthen Voisin Law’s Notary services, with Advocate Doherty able to provide notarisation and certification services.
The appointment follows the recent appointment of Advocate Emily Paris-Hunter and forms part of the firm’s continued investment in its Property Department.
