Viberts acted for the shareholders of Omega Financial Services (Jersey) Ltd in the sale of the company to TEAM plc, which awaits final approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
Omega is an independent financial adviser based in Jersey.
Viberts partner Paul Wilson (pictured) led the transaction and was assisted by Eleanor Colley and Irene Bloch.
