Vega Technology has announced the appointment of Carolyn Mercer as Chief Financial Officer.
Carolyn (pictured), a CIMA qualified finance leader, joins Vega with extensive experience across biotechnology, telecommunications, high performance sport, and publishing.
In her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Carolyn will be responsible for strengthening Vega’s financial framework, ensuring robust governance, and supporting strategic decision making across the organisation.
By providing clear, data-driven insight, Carolyn will support the senior leadership team in making informed decisions while aligning financial strategy with the company’s wider commercial objectives.
