Valla has announced that Harry Le Breton and Cameron Donaldson have been shortlisted for the 2025 Citywealth Future Leaders Awards.

Harry is a finalist for Trust Officer of the Year, while Cameron is in the running for Trustee of the Year – Manager.

The Citywealth Future Leaders Awards celebrate the achievements of young professionals under 40 across the wealth management and private banking sectors, recognising those who show exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to client service.

Harry Le Breton joined Valla in 2017 and has become a key member of the team, administering complex structures for high-net-worth clients and actively contributing to Valla’s workplace culture.

Harry said of the recent shortlist: “It’s nice to be recognised and even being shortlisted for this Award is a real plus. It also provides great awareness for Valla to be shortlisted. To be recognised for the hard work we deliver for our clients every day is a great honour.”

Cameron Donaldson, who joined Valla in 2015, is also recognised for his expertise in trust management and administration, and is known for his dedication to client service and his role in supporting Valla’s people-first culture.

Cameron said that it was a pleasant surprise to hear he had been shortlisted. He said: “I’m excited. It’s an excellent opportunity for us as a company to show that our team are being recognised for an external award. I’ve not been a client manager for very long, so this is a great achievement to receive.”

Grainne McGinley, Director, said of Harry and Cameron’s recent shortlists: “The team at Valla are so proud of Harry and Cameron’s achievements. To be recognised by such a distinguished award demonstrates their ongoing commitment to providing our clients with first-class service. As an independent trust company, it is key to our success to invest in our teams supporting them professionally and ensuring we maintain a true work life balance which is integral to delivering a platinum service to our clients. Harry and Cameron both reflect the rewards that come with dedication, loyalty and hard work and we wish them both the best of luck in judging.”
