Savills estate agent in Guernsey has added to its senior team with the appointment of two new Associate Directors.
Nick Paluch joins the company with many years of experience in the property sector and a specialist knowledge of the local market, born and educated in Guernsey at Elizabeth College.
He started his career in estate agency over 7 years ago and was previously a Residential Sales Manager at one of the Islands largest firms.
Nick, who lives in Guernsey with his wife and two young children, said: “I’m delighted to have joined Savills. The Guernsey office has some exciting plans and I’m looking forward to being able to play a part in that – supporting the existing team and helping to drive future growth.”
Commenting on how the local property market is performing, he added: “The market in Guernsey has strengthened despite wider political and economic concerns across the UK proving that there has never been a better time to buy or sell your dream home”.
“The market is surprisingly robust and we continue to see a strong level of interest with an extensive portfolio of properties for buyers.”

Richard added; “Nick’s focus will be primarily within the sector he knows best but his all-round marketing expertise will also help the company to continue to promote property in Guernsey to newcomers.”

Savills has also announced a promotion within its Guernsey office, which took effect from 01 May 2019. The promotion will see Stuart Leslie move into the position of Associate Director alongside Nick.
Stuart, who has been with Savills Guernsey for 3 years, said: “I’m thrilled to be moving into the Associate Director role and look forward to having Nick alongside me.”
